01 The first step

Open the cap of the gas collecting bottle and insert the thin end of the blowing tube below the liquid level of the gas collecting agent bottle. The subject’s mouth contains the thickest end of the air-blowing tube and blows into the gas-collecting agent bottle with moderate and steady force.
